A conference on Leszno goldsmithing is behind us

Just after Easter, on April 22, we organized an extraordinary conference for you. We looked at Leszno goldsmithing – its history, research and interesting perspectives. The occasion was to enrich our collection with an important exhibit.
On the occasion of the International Day for the Protection of Monuments, we hosted experts from Poznań, Krakow and Leszno, who talked about, among others, Baroque silverware, coin mugs and Leszno goldsmiths. The program included four speeches, including the story of Joachim Scholtz – the creator of beautiful mug from the end of the 17th century, who enriched our collection thanks to the support of the Self-Government of the Wielkopolska Region.
