Who are the artists?
Gosia Marciniak and Kuba Marciniak are the duo of musicians from Poznań who create a unique sound by combining vibraphone, saxophone, and other percussion and wind instruments. Gosia Marciniak specializes in vibraphone and percussion instruments, while Kuba Marciniak plays saxophones (tenor, soprano) and clarinets.
They have released their album Impressions recently, which premiered in October 2023 at the Musical Theater in Poznań. Their music draws inspiration from impressionism, referring to the works of composers such as Ravel and Debussy, as well as elements of jazz and folk music.
