A virtual exhibition was created to focus on the historical and tourist values of the Leszno County. The District Museum in Leszno was a partner of this initiative.
Meeting promoting the virtual exhibition
On October 30 at 1:00 p.m., a meeting will be held to promote the virtual exhibition "People and Landscapes. Leszczyński County in iconography". The event will take place at the District Museum in Leszno, 31 G. Narutowicza Street.
The exhibition was created on the basis of the resources of the District Museum in Leszno. It consisted of archival postcards, photographs, engravings, drawings and paintings with images of residents and towns located within the borders of the Leszno County.

Funding
The Society of Friends of the District Museum in Leszno, as part of open competition for offers for the implementation of public tasks from the sphere of public benefit activities in the Leszno District in 2024, received a grant of PLN 5,000. The funds for the implementation of the public task entitled "People and Landscapes. Leszczyński County in iconography" were used to prepare a multimedia exhibition popularizing local history.
