The District Museum in Leszno invites you to one of the most important and most anticipated cultural events of the year – the Night of Museums! This unique event, which takes place all over Europe, gives you a unique opportunity to discover the museum's collections in a completely new light. The Night of Museums in Leszno has a long tradition, attracting crowds of lovers of history, art and culture every year.

This year's program includes many attractions, including the "Art of Taking Care of Clothes" workshops, a guided tour of the "Tales of Old Linen Chest" exhibition, a demonstration of the work of conservator, a presentation of militaria in the museum's collection (concerning soldiers' clothing), a story about Maria Leszczyńska, a presentation of Judaica and a unique historical walk towards the historic tenement houses in Leszno.This year there will also be live music, screenings of first films in the history of cinema and special activities for the youngest.
