Five meetings, different perspectives, and a common goal: discovering the world of culture and nature in a manner that inspires, develops, and allows for spending time together.

This summer, the Museum launched a partnership with the Municipal Greenery Department in Leszno, featuring a series of meetings at the Mini Zoo. The joint initiative sparked great interest among participants, which is why we are returning this autumn and winter with the next edition of the project. This time, we invite residents to the Museum, where we have prepared five workshops combining art, nature studies, and creative activities.

Collaboration between institutions is an opportunity to view the world around us from different perspectives. The Museum’s collections will serve as a starting point for discussions on history, art, and nature. The Mini Zoo staff will share their expert knowledge about plants and animals, and the workshop sessions will allow participants to apply what they have learned to their own artwork. Each meeting will be an opportunity to discover, ask questions, and create independently. No artistic talent or specialized knowledge of nature is required. What matters most is curiosity, mindfulness, and an openness to new experiences.

Time spent together that inspires and develops.

This series of meetings is open to everyone – families with children, youth, adults, and seniors. It is an invitation to an intergenerational gathering where participants can share experiences, discover new things together, and unleash their creativity. The workshops will provide a relaxed space to explore culture and nature at a comfortable pace, free from hurry or the pressure of achieving specific results. Each participant will be able to work at their own pace, and the artistic activities will be adapted to the age and capabilities of the participants. All materials provided.

Inspired by nature, discovered through art.

Plants and animals have been present in art, culture, and daily life for centuries. They have inspired artists, held an important place in traditions and customs, and helped people better understand the world around them. During the joint meetings, we will examine these connections, combining the Museum's collections with the experience of specialists dedicated to nature. The five planned meetings will create a space for learning, experimenting, and fostering sensitivity. It is also an opportunity to see for yourself that the Museum can inspire, and that nature science can be a fascinating adventure for people of all ages.

Detailed information regarding individual workshops will be posted on our social media and in the Events section.
