During the event, we talked about an unusual publication devoted to an exceptional person – Leo Baeck, a rabbi, theologian and thinker associated with Leszno. The meeting was an opportunity to recall the international popular science conference that the District Museum in Leszno organized in 2023 to bring closer the life and work of this outstanding figure.
The result of that event is a book that we proudly presented to the audience.
The meeting was attended by the director of the Museum, Dr. Kamila Szymańska, and the editor of the publication, Patrycja Paprota-Kosel, who shared the backstage of the creation of the volume and the importance of the figure of Leo Baeck in the context of the history of Leszno and Europe.
